The juxtaposition of opposing elements in balance creates a unique visual dynamic. We noticed that there are many old buildings around the area, so the concept of juxtaposition emerged in order to create something new, as our design concept leans towards a more minimalist, light industrial style.
Moreover, this principle derives from the beauty products of the development, whereby we endeavour to innovate while concurrently preserving the structural and elemental integrity of the aged walls; much like how such beauty products revitalise the skin, we strive to impart a revitalised sense of value.
